The Values need to incorpoate perfactly.
Everything in minecraft is made out of values and not a 3D model.
EVERYTHING s generated in Java execpt the item GUI.

Not really.
All the lines of code relate to each other like bringing other class's to support each other.
minecraft is the best example of math in any game
I mean people making calcutators and computers with redstone.

If by that logic, then any game would be directly related to math.
OP needs to be a little more specific in how he means 'relate'.
