Steam Authorization failed

yea when i have put e hack and i go to plau the game said steam authorization failed.in this case i restart my pc and all is ok .why i can play with hacks?????

Because we are evil.. to be honest we wanted to let everyone cheat but then we decided that there would be more fun to ban countless players, sorting reports and appeals then to let everyone cheat.
