This is most likely to fix a major issue that occurred Sunday morning, around 1 am. Many characters that were online at the time (including my main) experienced a little hiccup on Nexon's servers. As a result, we cannot see any NPCs, our quest logs are completely empty (I had around 15 quests), and we have been unable to join/launch any boats (get an error saying something about acquiring our character information). All other characters on my account are fine, it's just the one that was online during the hiccup that's messed up.

Yeah, it didn't happen to everyone on at that time, but a good number. As one who was affected, it sucks. I really hope this fixes it.
