Tut on Textures

Hello people can someone help me out on installing textures from

To my game, well i can do everything corretly except that i allways get problem Files differnt from server in game

now i heard you have to do some hex and crc editing, but im no good at it and would like some easy steps to learn this, if someone could help me out also a video could be great example
