for me it doesnt lag, it goes like 1 fps, sooo slow. anyway to speed things up? i have maybe a 15-30 sec clips thats going to take like 15-30 mins to record

It's not supposed to, you can go record the sound with a sound recorder

Fraps works perfect for me on the highest settings on cod4 and fraps i get like 60 fps

Thanks man, only problem is that if u do this for like a 10 sec clip the screenshots will ADD up to 6 gigs in size. LOL

I usually just take the uncompressed .avi file and render it out in HD via Sony Vegas.
