We got like 200 people here everyday 24/7. Its killin the servers allowing me 30 second posts. Someone get Arun and Dave to get some better servers for fasta viewin or make tis forum not as populated.

Seriously, its driving everyone crazy. Most of the threads here are crap anyway

What we need is some kind of restriction for guests to view public forums. All they do is wander about looking for something worth downloading. Afterward, they register, download and leave, never to return until the application gets patched.

Or just make public areas have a minimum of 30 posts to people can see their content.

make it so you have to even pay to view the forums, at least this section since we get so many hits, that will stop the leechers from coming. if it doesnt stop them..at least you will be able to afford a higher bandwidth

I agree to the guest not seeing and whatnot but disagree with the "having certain post count" since I know alot of members don't like to post, and would rather just lurk and perhaps give feedback here and there.

Ok, you complain about people spamming up the CA section. Now, put a post requirement on the CA section. 100 posts. Ok, now those people need to spam up the other sections to be able to spam up the CA section. So in reality, adding a post requirement completely ruins the rest of the forum. The only solve for this is to get better servers.

If you want to lower the amount of people viewing, make people pay, which will definitely lower the amount of people (And destroy the purpose of this forum all together).
