Getting an Error

Hey, I'm new to this, but I intend on using this mod:

and I presume that I need to just copy the files from the mod that I downloaded and replace the orginal files for the scar, but I keep trying and get this error message:

Cannot create __rzi_11.464

Any help is very appreciated.

that is the most weirdest error i have ever seen,
all you do is have the .iwi of your choice, find the correct iw_0x.iwd location, open it either with winrar/pakscape then save it if your using pakscape to confirm the copy over, and go in game, you might get a error because for some people it doesn't work online for them.
