and the players that have got permissions should be made to help the ones without as it can be difficult to make a safehouse when you have to build far away from the other players

Ummmm SDK's Mod for 1.5_01 is already there ..
I got it to.
You can only use it on minecraft_server.jar and not on bukkit
so people can still get on your account

Just Search For Minecraft Planes ( then u get a full package for minecraft )
With cars planes etc
