Russian Key = 15-20bucks
Convert the Language files from Russian To English (sometimes they key site does it)
they have to activate it in Russia for it to work anywhere else in the world.

Yeah--except they ask you for a lot of personal info even to use Paypal (which they shouldn't need) and then you either have to know someone in Russia to activate the game for you (it's keyed by region), or you have to give the guys you buy the game from your Steam account name and password so they can activate it for you.

Hmm--so all I have to do to play BO on the cheap is give some Russians on the other side of the world my personal info, my steam info, and twenty bucks, sounds like a deal.
