It doesn't show up in the process manager.. I've had the same problem before. I usually just wait a couple minutes and it starts working again.. Just give it a bet of a rest then try it.

When you first start your computer, turn on combat arms first until you see the launcher. Open Harolds Bypass and press OK. Then click Game Start. That's how I do it. o.O Works most of the time.
