Is there an Ip changer on mpgh.net?
I searched it on this site and nothing came up..
Youtube and google ive also looked up but most people had bad comments about the tutorials/programs

If that doesn't work...
Make sure you are IP banned though. If you aren't actually IP banned you could be wasting a LOT of time.

Unplug/Reset your router. If unplugging wait like 10 minutes, should have a new IP by then.
