    ATI has the Catalyst Control Center, which is like everything. You can OC in there.

    Pretty much the same thing, in the end you're most likely better off with Rivatuner / Afterburner though, better support and more options

    That's nowhere near Rivatuner-grade. Practically every gfx driver package comes with some form of "performance tweakers" or w/e you want to call them.

    Never Overclock over 75% and Put fan on 60% when overclocking for cooling.
