EVGA precision is the best IMO if you do a bad overclock it shut downs your PC and resets it
Love the FPS feature in it also.

ATI has the Catalyst Control Center, which is like everything. You can OC in there.

Pretty much the same thing, in the end you're most likely better off with Rivatuner / Afterburner though, better support and more options

That's nowhere near Rivatuner-grade. Practically every gfx driver package comes with some form of "performance tweakers" or w/e you want to call them.

Never Overclock over 75% and Put fan on 60% when overclocking for cooling.
