I have recently increased my internet speed to 8 Mbts , so that i can play smoothly in COD6 , but when i checked my ping in the game , it didn't go down one bit!!

Can you help me out plz? if you have any solution i'll gladly accept it.

thats because your download speed doesn't matter at playing on server you need a good upload speed your game send information to the server for example you shoot a bullet and kill a guy game sends info to the server you shot and killed the bigger the upload the faster the server reacts btw it also can be because of the distance

(i also increased my download speed thinking it would get me less ping silly me XD)

If you're on a modem then enable the UPnP & set them to auto configured.
Also if your on aIW then open up iw4mp.cfg with notepad and make the 2nd line:

enable_upload   0

Sigh..
The ping you are seeing is because there is no hosts near you (you live in Antarctica, right?) or that your connection is really crappy.. check your hardware (yes, cables are hardware) and your router, if it's the ISP then get a new one-.-

Your flag is Morocco, so I assume that is your location. Sort your servers by ping (if you are using aIW) and choose one of the lower ones
