i can log in threw the website but every time it says start game it says disconnected from server or account authication has failed try again loogin in from the website wth is happening!!!!!

Are you from the US? If the answer is yes, make sure there is no red bar at the top of the webage itself saying the server is down. If it is down, make sure you put in your name and pass exactly as the password is case sensitive. If that is correct, then as crashsite said you were most likely carpet banned which is a messed up way Nexxon tries to deal with hackers that bans anyone that even remotely looks like they hacked, even if they were innocent.

If it doesn't outright say something about your account being banned, then there is a slight chance that it could be a temp ban. If that is the case just keep checking back once a week as they range from a week to a month I believe. As robertthunder said, you could always make a new account until then and if you are using hacks make sure to only use them privately and not draw suspision to yourself. For example, don't use the Trans level exploit to max your trans level as soon as you become a paladin/dark knight.

Why even use the site to log on? unless you switch characters often i would discourage it

It doesn't matter if you use DK often or not, other people can see what level it is by checking your character info in game by right clicking on you. If you are under 50 then it is highly unlikely that you have a level 20 DL legit. Especially if you hang around with people since you can only gain 1 level on DK a day, so if you go up to the people you know one day at say level 5 and the next day at level 20, the will know for sure that you have been hacking.
