It's not downgraded, it's byte ciphered, byte ciphering the file and injecting works.

Did the cipher it? I got it on my first try , all i did was use byte cipher and I was good to go.

Wait using Byte Cipher on hacks released AFTER the last patch works? Because using Byte Cipher on hacks before the patch didn't work for me

Yeah simply all they have to do is get byte cipher, search for the file, and click cipher. Than they will use the cipher version of the hack,NOT THE non-cipher Version.
