The texture overlay makes the entire piece seem flat. Try and use the eraser tool a bit around the render to give it a little more depth. Also I would try adding some different colors in to get rid of the monotone feeling. Other than that I would just say that its grungy which isn't really the preferred style right now but it fits the theme you were aiming for. Nice job, KIU.

try not to use a drop shadow when making a signature, it makes it look very unprofessional.
its a good start, goo on youtube and look up some tuts.
