Found The Solution:

Everytime I try and start up CombatArms, It does this:
1. Pops up with the *Version Checking* box.
2. Opens up patch thing.
3. On Patch box: Downloading Files
4. On Patch box: Checking Files
5. On Patch box: Patch Completed Successfully
6. Patch box closes
7. Version Checking comes up.
8. Repeat.
Steps 3-5 happen in about 4 seconds total
Could I get Some help? I can't even start it up.

Have you tried uninstalling then deleting the Nexon file then reinstall?
Just delete your c:\nexon\combatarms folder and then redownload it again from the site (this happened to my friend on the last patch and this is what he did and it worked)

1.delete CA
2.make a bomb out of house hold cleaning products
3.Tape it to your computer (make sure the bomb explodes on impact)
4.push your computer out the window (there should be a loud explosion when it hits the ground ignore it)
5.???
6.You can play CA now

ok just rename the Hshield.exe back to normal then thats it dude! Its working for me dont know about you
If you were using the file "d39d.dll" or w/e for windows mode, Delete it.
delete game folder
re-install game
