equipments seems not to work

I nee help i try to mod any equipments but seems not to work at only works on weapons. the same way that i mod my weapons is the same way to mod equipments,jeeps,sky,etc...? please help

its when he goes online, this is because you need to rename the modded iw files to a non original name, so like iw_07 > iw_modded_07.iwd.

i manage to make it work i use this 2 programs
iwiFixerBlackOps and CRCFixer after this everything works fine
