    I went to check Combat Arms player rankings and notice that there are now 3 Generals of the Army when there used to be just one. Anyone know why that is ?

    It is a Nexon fail. If I remember right, can't check the website, it says that only one person can hold GOA. If more than one can hold the rank, then it is based on whom ever has more EXP.
