Hello guys. Just wanted to tell ya that last night i joined multiplayer with a fake serial .

So that means that Multiplayer is UP!!!

Maybe on weekends, but on weekdays u wont be able to join... I think its like a free trial on weekend, u can try out multi and if u like it, then buy a copy for yourself...

theoretically if i was able to change one of the config files to enable MP with out a serial check it would be an easy bypass, im trying to hex edit the files and if that doesnt work i can always just unpack the files and try to get one of the config files and edit and rework them so that when starting if would just skip it, ill let u guys kno how i do

I don't think you will succeed in that.
Because it asks for an online authentication.

I think one guy already tried to do that to bypass by disconnecting the internet cable and then manage to load the servers.

However, few seconds later he was booted (kicked from server) simply because the server detected that there was no valid serial number.

You can try and bypass the serial protection as much as you could try, but you can't bypass their online servers! No matter what kind of software coding you do.

And another thing, Crysis 2 does not support LAN play or Direct IP like some of the Call of Duty games, or other games.
Therefore, you can't even play the game on cracked servers.
