[Tutorial] How to make Custom Scopes

pls help me, i tryed to edit fall camo and did everything in the tutorial (one pic aint working anymore btw, between save as no alpha and after that there should be a iwi file)

anyways, as i said i did everything in the tut and then my new file size is 5.512 Bytes Large, but the old one is 10.968 Bytes large. I dunno what causes this problem :/ i did only change the contrast etc. no colors added, overpainted or sth like that.

Make sure that you are saving as a D.X.T.1 and generating MIP maps. Then after conversion you need to hex edit and CRC.

I'm having trouble with this - The CRCFixer program does not change the file size!
I have tried saving both as D X T 1, which gives me a file 9KB in size, and D X T 5, which gives me a file 17KB in size!
All programs are being run as admin.

Are you generating MIPmaps?

You do have to hex edit before you do the CRC. And generating MIP maps will help also.

you sure your converting from the right file format?..

so once you save it as the correct D X T 5 or 1.
then just drag over the icon and it should convert it.. then have a look and where the file you dragged it from is located and you should see the .iwi version of it.
