The .dds problem was happening with me

i had ps cs3 and it wouldnt work so i went and downloaded cs5 it worked like a charm just go try that

and i have a problem when i load my mw2 it says couldnt load filename.iwi i clearly put it in there i put it there twice

in my current case its weapon_usp_col.iwi

maybe you have installed it in the wrong iw_0x.iwi file..

House just made a NEW separate folders called converters, the dds2iwi & iwi2dds, he just put them in there...

ok i need help i keep getting this weird TV pixel screen type camo as i do the photoshoping it has a check box to save as copy and as alpha channel what do i do ?
and during hex code when im suppose to erase last 4 bytes their not here i only got the first 4 and there just 1 letter and its repeats

and when im done i only put the iwi folder ( the newly created one) into iw_07 then into images what do i do with the bak file?

delete the bak file dont need it..
there allways should be "99 99 99 99" 8 digits left on the bottom for you to delete, they wont be "99" tho.

ohhh my gosh!....

all the files are there... "ALL", there is no such thing as files in the converter folder...as stated on my previous comment. "house did that to create a new folder to separate the files"

edit [edit files obviously]
convert [convert the files]

you don't need to make other folders he has organized it so beginners can understand.

Problem. When I open the game, I get "Image file corrupt."
Helpz?

"Image file corrupt" ~ You will only get this error when you have replaced the "wrong file" or you have put a file in the wrong "iw_0x.iwd"

nah shouldn't be too hard , and what you'll have to do is to get everyone to download your skins if they wanna play tf2 mod..or else it'll be boring.. :/
