First go into your Browser and type in:
192.1.1 or 192.168.2.1
Then you should be in ur router, login, then u can see the status whether u have access to the internet or not. If it says "Disconnected or not connected" you should check all ur cabels. if it still doesn´t work call their hotline

You should check all configuations on your Pc too

Well, it usually fixes any errors for me while connecting to the internet.
