It will. My IP got banned from doing ******s/buying Nx credit. I restarted my modem , downloaded mozilla firefox , started private navigation , made new account. Now it work perfectly.

That's not simply making a new account... You are resetting your ip address.

More than 1 ip has been detected on your account. Therefore Nexon banns it from getting nx through sur.veys.

So thats why, recently created a new account. It was working fine until a login another account.

My idea does take long but if you spend alot of time on the internet you will be fine.
I use Swag bucks which is a website where you make a account and every time you search in the net like google you get points called Swag bucks and redeem them and choosing prizes. The prizes I choose is $5 paypal which 700 Swag bucks and then I spend those $5 or $10 on nx with my paypal account. of course you will need a Paypal account:P there is also other ways of winning Swag bucks everyday, so hope this works.

It doesn't only have to be that you have used more then 1 ip.

It could be you attempted to scam nexon and until you pay back money you o' them then you won't be able to buy nx online, or do offers. You can fine out if you o them money by contacting billingpp@Nexon.com I believe thats the email.
