    It could be you attempted to scam nexon and until you pay back money you o' them then you won't be able to buy nx online, or do offers. You can fine out if you o them money by contacting billingpp@Nexon.com I believe thats the email.

    thats wierd cause I have only ever used 1 computer to play ca on and have never changed my ip address.

    They're just lazy, they don't wanna group it as Dynamic IP & Static IP, so they implemented 1 account/ip
