Removing the "Unlicensed Copy" text
For some people that have cracked versions of Minecraft, after a few minutes of gameplay time, a message will appear saying "Unlicensed Copy
(Or logged in from another location) Purchase at minecraft.net" this is just a simple thing that removes that text.
Licensed versions no longer show a version number in game. That is why there is nothing in the corner any more.
Instructions to install:
- Download
- Extract
- Find your minecraft.jar in the appdata/bin folder (Instructions for this step)
- Open it with an archiver (Winrar/7zip)
- Drag the file from the downloaded folder into the minecraft.jar
- DELETE THE META-INF FOLDER
- Close and run your game.
