How can i get my CA in windowed mode?

Well I dont lag
But if somebody comes with flame thrower, my FPS drop to 12 and I cant even move

Flamethrower is a special case. I run max settings, and average about 100 FPS, but if someone brings in a lagthrower, I have to leave the game, drop my settings all the way down just to get above 50. (I need 50 FPS to play. Below that my aim is shit.)
