Person joined my private match?

I was playing a private match on aIW, using hax, and when I started a new private match round, there was someone else playing with me! Did he hack into my private match, or did aIW glitch up?

It's easy to get into private games if you have a clue about what you are doing =P
Also, if you were hacking it's probably the reason why..
