Anti-BRs [I got a plan!]
We need to block BR ip's like on demonoid where some country's of europe can't access the site.
I know there are Proxys / VPNs but first of all we get less BRs. Second, the most BRs are dumb anyways and dont know what a Proxy / VPN is.
