How do i remove ALL of my hacks?

I play legit now, but i'm pretty sure i still have some of these files on my computer. Tbh, it's not a big problem as long as you know you're playing legit yourself.

Easiest way, reinstall Windows.

Click on LastVisitedMRU and in the main pane should be a list of either letters
or numbers. Double-click on each one to check the file name that that number or
letter represents. If someone of them represents some sort of mods and hacks do i delete them?

In the registry, if i find any hacks i just remove them right? Because when i try to delete it, it says "Deleting certain registry value could cause system inability. Are you sure to permanetly delete this item?"

It's always going to ask that question when deleting anything from your registry, just click "Yes" and move on.

Oh and uhm is there any way for a person to find out what the files i deleted in the recycle bin?
