Sounds like a heat rash/ Sweat rash then if you've had this before. That's probably all it is. Just take an easy... and it'll go away within the next 2-5 hours.

Find any ointment with steroids in them and apply it for like two weeks. If it doesn't change shit then go see a doctor.
