wanna learn how to make a simple hack

It takes years of practice.

So if I started from scratch learning now, when would I be done?

By done I mean ready to make a hack

There is no such thing as a "simple hack". Hack is hack.
You can't expect to learn it in a week or so. C++ books take months to read, and even more months to finally learn what it's all about and how to use it. You've got a long way to travel if you want to learn how to make hacks...x
