Ive read the rules, and that rule simply says that anyone trying to convince someone that there is a Elite Hack Section is going to get a 3day ban. Now, there is also a real group that just happens to be named "Elite Hack Section". Btw, punctuation helps people understand what you are trying to say.

Its a GROUP not a real SECTION. They use that GROUP to post BC6, JA 1.8 and Flameswor10 VIP. Saying the GROUP's name will probably not get you banned, as ive said it like 5 times now. Is there any rule that says i cant mention a real GROUP?

Black Cipher 6 does exist, I know because I've tried it. Elite Hack Section is a group and nothing else. There is no Elite Hack Section where you have to have 1k posts or whatever.
