.NET FRAMEWORK 4 PROBLEM

Hey as you can see on the title i got a problem with .net framework 4
i downloaded but when i try to open blackdragon injector or what ever
it says that i need to get .net framework 4 but i already has it-.-
i also tryed to reinstall, etc

Try using a diff injector?

well the most are detected..
and the most of hacks are from framework
so i don't know which injector is good at this moment

Mabe your antivirus/firewall is blocking the .NET Framework?
Try adding it to Firewall ignore list?

Installed the correct version for your OS? Checked if is for 32Bit/64Bit?

yep, i have all the latest updates.
i did a clean for net framework
i redownloaded+ restart etc
i checked i have windows 7 ultimate (32 bit)
maybe it could be the problem with : Turn windows features on or off
i can only see .net framework 3.5
but not 4 -.- ?
maybe there is the problem i should enable it but can't see it in the list
could u guys see it?
