To people woh don't know, R_E_D is a person who posted two hacks containing trojan including one claiming to be a cracked VIP Hack

There is no way to perma ban someone... there are always proxies. Just IP ban him and hope he gets bored. Also, this board should require email validation.

Why would you want him banned. You must provide reason, don't just spam it up. So provide proof... and we'll decide Permanent bans.
Stop flaming each other, it helps no one, and causes a step backwards rather than a step forwards.

Check your Grammar/Spelling/Facts before typing, otherwise I or another member will do it for you. And that just makes you look stupid.
