The activity of this section depends mostly on VIP in pubs. Restricting it will drop off activity significantly. If VIP in pubs is going to change, it is going to come directly from Dave or Arun. Nobody else is going to change that with a poll and a bullshit cover story for as long as I am partly in charge of this section.
You also don't need to restrict VIP features to sell VIP. CF VIP sells just fine with no restrictions on public coders.
