Here's the story:
I went to windows live's home page to download. But there was a message over the download button, so I couldn't press it:
I then installed that WMP plugin, but it didn't help. So then I checked the source code and found the destination of the download button.
But since I couldn't pick a language, it downloaded with a random one.
Weird .
Only way is to delete system 32. Ignore all the signs that say not too.

Get windows Live Essentials 2011... Both links are English-Us already... Untick what you don't need during installation and ur good 2 go...
