d3dx9_43.dll Missing

Says i am missing the dll: d3dx9_43.dll
I've tried what i could think of. Please help.

-Go and download this: WindowsAnswers.net - Using FixCleaner
-This will scan your PC and tell you which dll. you're missing
-Repair it and then it will fix your dll.'s problem in general
