Could someone make a M21 "Green Dragon"

could someone pls make a m21 ebr in red dragon style like awm red dragon from crossfire but with a green dragon on a black background ? ^^
or a blue dragon on white background xD

if nobody can do it can somebody show me how to do it ? ^^ would be nice
