That depends on lots of factors.
I suppose, if I'm feeling good that day, and I'm on my game, I love playing legit, and shitting on all the hackusaters. If I'm having a bad day, and I'm not playing well, then I prefer to hack, just to take out my frustration. Still if I do hack, it's never more than chams. That gives me enough of an advantage to do extremely well in games.

Because that way you do, you have to close the game and reopen with the hacks

I always close the game and reopen with hacks, if I feel like starting to hack during the day or, close the game and reopen without hacks if I feel like it. Generally though I'll open CA with or without hacks and stick with it.

One other thing. If you watch the video, and watch his crosshair closely, it gets bigger as he moves, but not when he shoots. After say, 10 seconds of full auto, his spread is exactly the same as before the spray.
