Name & title change in policy. [READ B4 REQUESTING]
Some old rules are being brought back since people have began to abuse the request system.
These new policies do not affect staff members & Donators.
Donator Max have no restrictions.
People who donate $50 dollars or more.
Name changes can only be requested every 1000 posts, So if you requested one @ 1337 posts, you may not request another until 2337 posts. So on so forth. It goes by the post count you had when you made the request not from your last post ban.
Titles may only be requested every 500 posts since your last request.
