Simple Safe Way Of Obtaining Homebrew

There is a website compatible for your PSP that will have you download a signed eboot called the homebrew store. When you run the store you can download signed emulators and some nice homebrew games and applications.

Instructions
1. Turn on your PSP.
2. Go to your internet browser.
3. In the adress bar type in this URL https://hbstore.screeze.com/ and hit start.
4. Download Part 1 & Part 2 Of the homebrew store.
5. Run the eboot off of your memory stick and enjoy some homebrew!

The homebrew store takes up very little space on your PSP and even a 32MB card could handle it.
