    Will Nexon respond to my ticket if I add additional information? or will they just decide to ignore it more? Cuz i told them about wogl anti cheat in my additional info, and i also put another additional info message and said i wont do it again and unban me please

    They've responded to mine pretty well. Not sure if it was the extra information, or they're really slow. Depends on how old your ticket is. If it's REALLY old, just start a new ticket and put in the extra information.

    Geeze. I guess NX is the key. My Gold account got banned, I asked for an unban, got it three days later and then I put $25 on the account. Haven't been banned since.
