How to make a minecraft multiplayer server [Hamachi and/or Lan network]

This is the Hamachi server;
Static IP
No port forwarding
friends need to connect to your Hamachi network before.

This is using your lan network;
Needs port forwarding
Dynamic IP
Just connect and play

Need any help? post or message.

For those using Craftbukkit with this;
Right click > edit > the server.bat file
Change minecraft_server.jar to the name of your craft bukkit file.

This should work perfectly.. to make it easier i've uploaded the server files directly on here.
Includes as a bat file and the server file from Minecraft.

Sometimes if it doesn't work.
Make sure you bat file's java directory is same as where yours is
Make sure online-mode is set to false
Make sure they are connected to your Hamachi network first.
