Resident evil ain't even about zombies, but it's a great game regardless. If your gunna get a resident evil game, don't get a chronicles game, they ALL suck. Get resident evil 4, best one of the series.

Metro 2033, its not a great game but has such a fucking good atmosphere, no doubts about it. You can get the real russian soundtrack, if you haven't heard of it, which is easily possible, go youtube some gameplay videos... You'll be surprised.

Aliens vs predator, although there aren't many guns. But if you wanna shit yourself every time you hear the little beep, turn off all lights, put a headset/headphones in, you'll love it.

Dead space 2. You want guns right? Get this. Although it's pretty tricky in most places, and you gotta play the harder difficulty. The death scenes are by far the best in the game.

Killing floor is good if you like co-op games.

Black ops zombie, although it's good, it's replay value ain't great and it can get boring pretty easy. Like once I got all the zombie achievements I don't wanna play zombies again really. Oh and dead ops is pretty awesome too.

If you just want a zombie game, minecraft is the way to go, although there aren't any "guns" in it.

You've already stated dead rising 2, and frankly its a great game to get. It's basically a sandbox zmbie horde. It's as if your the last person alive, and you've said fuck it, im going to die, lets die with style.
