Ok you download it in the first post of the thread, scroll down to a square ADD and under it there should be a download you can do in blue, extract it to your desktop (means move it from the WinRar or WinZip to your desktop). There you can use any injector you want, make it Engine.exe on the top, then browse for the hack on your desktop and click open. Then you should have the name of the hack on the injector. Start Combat Arms and it should inject automatically, and if it crashes on the starting up screen of combat arms it means it is most likely detected, either that or the game crashes in a certain time of playing, which also means it is detected.

I also suggest using perX or FInject, they are the most used, and the most popular. You can go to google and search those names and you should get a link for a free download of them. @XemRoxas
