    any idea why my crosshairs do this?

    Ive downloaded 2 differnt crosshairs for combat arms I can see them on desktop but they just do not show up in game? my friends all use them on xp it worked on my laptop that has xp but not my vista... I run it as admin but still doesnt work even chams work but not these crosshairs? any ideas
