when i get my new computer hope i get 200fps i have .... 25 -50 fps and it sucks all my setting are on low

Lol it just changes settings that even a kid can change... anyway my fps is 100 at fully maximized settings

It's No lag because your fps sorta deals with your overall gameplay speed making it no lag.
