Why Do You Guys LAG?

My question is why do you guys lag in CA?
I recently bought a laptop. 40$ From one of my buddys.
Specs:
T2300 Dual Core @ 1.66 ghz
2.00 Gb of Ram
Ati Mobility Radeon x1400
WIndows XP Sp3

Edit: Laptop Is a Fujitsu Lifebook N Series N6410

I Downloaded CA for the hell of it thinking it would lag like hell.
But Hey Take a look.

Wondering Why The Fraps Number Didn't show

110-130 Never Dropped under 110 FPS With normal Settings With 7v7







Max Setting Dropped Big Time But Constant 30 - 40 FPS but no difference.
8v8 game play






just need a mouse can't play with the laptop mouse pad too hard

So what's up with your guys Desktops ?
