Skin Help?

I've made the localized_english_aw07.iwd file and when I try to open with jZip it says I dont have permisson and when I try to open with winrar id click on the program to open it with but it doesnt show

make sure you are an admin of the PC, and can you re-explain the winrar issue, i didn't understand that well. :s

yes im the admin, when youu click open with I browse for winrar I click the program and nothing happeends

right click the iwd and go to properties, change the "opens with" to winrar.
Tell me if that works.

I already did hehe but I cant put the skin I want in the IWD because I cant open winrar
